October 22, 2009 - Mediocre - Looking at it broadly, Bakugan isn't a bad storybook for kids, assuming that's what you - or your child - is looking for in a $40 video-game, a storybook. But as an RPG, Bakugan is severely lacking, and as a mini-game collection, the game is very bland.

October 20, 2009 - Mediocre - Bakugan: Battle Brawlers seems to do things mostly right on paper, though the actual gameplay offers too much build-up to each fight and not enough in the actual battle department. It may serve as a distraction for Bakugan fans for a bit, but it won't replace the real-world game anytime soon.

October 22, 2009 - Mediocre - The game knows its target audience and aims right for it. If you don't know the difference between a Dragonoid and a Falconeer, there's nothing in the video game compelling enough to do anything to draw you in.
