February 21, 2012 - Good - With a linear World Tour mode restricting the between-tournament minigame madness, VT4 was not the best of Virtua Tennis - but it does work better on Vita, partly thanks to a few refinements and partly because its bitty gameplay is more suited to a handheld.

February 28, 2012 - Good - Virtua Tennis 4 is a gorgeous, deep title that makes us happy to have our Vita - even if we have to deal with strangers watching us over our shoulders. It's a small price to play for a heck of a game.

February 22, 2012 - Good - Tennis works pretty well as a handheld game. The matches can be pretty short, so you can get your tennis fix in whenever. The new features don't add a lot to the package, making it hard to recommend Virtua Tennis to anyone that has been playing it on the console. But as one of the first sports games on Vita, Virtua Tennis is way more exciting than golf or billiards.

February 20, 2012 - Good - A strong sense of having seen it all before and some forgettable touchscreen integration doesn't stop Virtua Tennis 4 from being an ideal and fun fit for Vita. Another solid sports title for the handheld alongside [Hot Shots] Golf.

February 21, 2012 - Good - Not just for tennis lovers, Virtua Tennis 4: World Tour Edition is an enjoyable, well rounded game. Easy to pick up for players of all levels, but difficult to master.
