February 10, 2012 - Mediocre - Levels quickly went from me being charming, engaging experiences to something I raced through as fast as I could. An hour into Pineapple Smash Crew I found I just wanted it to be over. And it's not even long. There just isn't enough variation in any of its mechanics or level design to make it all that much fun for more than a few minutes, which makes the US $10 price tag feel a bit high.

February 7, 2012 - Mediocre - The art design is really cute, and while I couldn't cope with the old-school music for more than a few minutes, the sound is simple and fun. But this still always feels like the early version of a game, before all the features are added in. I'd argue this is the basis for a really decent game, once the rest is added. Just for now, it's not there.
