November 8, 2006 - Silly story aside, the campaign shines. The pacing's on par with Factions in terms of how quickly you gain levels, and the game's 20 missions present lots of replay incentive thanks to a tiered reward system.

Excellent
November 22, 2006 - Guild Wars fans should not hesitate in picking up this title for the new professions and heroes alone. And with no monthly fees, Guild Wars Nightfall serves as an excellent introduction to those unfamiliar with the MMORPG genre or Guild Wars series.

November 6, 2006 - This is a large and impressive single-player expansion for Guild Wars, and it really concentrates on delivering an interesting story just as much as the last pack, Factions, concentrated on making changes to PvP.

November 12, 2006 - While the core of the game may not have changed much, it still holds up well, and the addition of two new classes and a new role-playing campaign add a humungous amount of playability to an already content-ridden series.

November 6, 2006 - For the player who has issues with the Guild Wars franchise, Nightfall won't convert them. But it does keep the world growing and it includes the same quality players have come to expect from a Guild Wars game.

Good
November 8, 2006 - Nightfall still offers unique and very deep gameplay that combines shades of massively multiplayer gaming, action RPGs, collectible card games, and competitive action games all in one. It's a formula that millions of players around the world are still actively engaged in with good reason.

Good
November 10, 2006 - Nightfall hasn't changed much about the fundamental Guild Wars experience, but in all honesty, it probably doesn't need changing.
Publication Quality: Mediocre
Author: Charles Onyett
Good
November 9, 2006 - Despite the fact that Nightfall feels similar to past campaigns, it's difficult not to recommend a game that's still so much fun to play.
